The transfer device of the dry composite machine is mainly composed of a rubber roll, a press roll and a traction roll. The upper film device includes a material tension control system, a transverse tension control system, a deviation correction system and a total control system. 1. Tension control system: control the tension of the composite material by adjusting the size of the outgoing film tension and incoming film tension to ensure the stability of the composite process. The tension control system is usually composed of tension sensors, frequency converters and controllers, which can monitor and adjust the tension of composite materials in real time.
2. Transverse tension control system: by adjusting the transverse tension control of the material, ensure the consistency and stability of the composite quality. The transverse tension control system usually consists of tension sensor, tension regulator and so on.
3. Correction system: The correction device is used to locate the material and ensure the normal composite of the material.
4. Total control system: the overall control and adjustment of the above systems to ensure the stability and continuity of the composite process.
The drying device is one of the key components of the dry composite machine, which is mainly used for drying the composite material and removing water to ensure the quality of the composite material. The drying device generally consists of a hot air system and a heat transfer device.
1. Hot air system: Hot air is generated through the heater, and the hot air is sent into the heat transfer device to provide the heat energy required for drying.
2. Heat transfer device: The heat transfer device is composed of one or more hot air channels, through the convection, radiation and conduction of hot air, the heat is transferred to the composite material, so that it is quickly dried.
The roller press device is mainly composed of a press roll, a pressure regulating system and a pressure sensor. Its main function is to compact and flatten the material during the composite process, and increase the gloss and flatness of the composite material.
1. Pressure adjustment system: By adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic system, the pressure and uniformity of the press roller are controlled to ensure the pressure stability and control accuracy in the composite process.
2. Pressure sensor: It is used to monitor the pressure of the roller in real time and feed back to the control system for adjustment.
The cutting device is mainly composed of a cutting knife, a cutting table and a cutting control system. The role of the cutting device is to cut the composite material in accordance with the required size to form a finished product.
1. Cutting knife: According to the characteristics and requirements of composite materials, choose different materials, shapes and the number of cutting knives to achieve the right cutting effect.
2. Cutting table: The material after cutting is placed on the cutting table to ensure the stability and accuracy of cutting.
3. Cutting control system: Through the control system to control the moving speed and cutting trajectory of the cutting tool, to achieve accurate cutting operation.
The dry composite machine transmits the printing material to the work table of the composite machine through the transfer device, covers the material through the film device, and then enters the drying device for drying, and then compacts and flattens the material through the press roll device, and finally cuts the composite material into the required size through the cutting device to complete the entire composite process.
